  While Daniel Boone served in the General Assembly of Virginia
  representing Bourbon County,
  Kentucky 1787-1788; Notley Conn represented Bourbon County at the
  Convention
  1788, and the House 1788, 1789, 1790, 1793 and 1794. (References:

  In 1804 there is a note that he was a presidential elector for
  Kentucky and cast
  one of the 4 votes for Thomas Jefferson from the state of Kentucky.
  Notley
  died sometime before his father died in 1811:
  
  1836: Bourbon County Order Book L, Page 267: "N. Conn Heirship:
  Hugh Brent
  Sr. and Jno Lettickman appeared in open court and being sworn stated
  that they
  were well acquainted with Notley Conn dec. who died many years since
  leaving no
  heirs of his body, that Thomas Conn Senr, the Father of said Notley
  was living
  at the time of said Notleys deceased and became entitled to the Estate
  of said
  Notley as his heir at law according to the laws of descent in this
