Adult Beginner Lessonsfor men and women
over 18 who have never rowed before and sweep rowers who rarely
or never sculled in a single and who havent rowed in years. See

Youth Programsseveral options for 14 to
18 year olds with or without rowing experience to row in supervised
groups. See youth programs page for
details.
MembershipEntitles adults (over 18)
with sculling experience to use NRR boats and facilities and/or to
keep their privately owned boats at our site. College student
and additional family member discounts available. See

Step 3.
Based on the program you chose, print a copy of our
Adult Application and waiver form
or our Youth Application
and waiver form, complete the form and mail it in with a check for the
amount specified.
Step 4.
For adult memberships, be sure to fill in
the service requirement portion of the application. Our service
opportunities
page can help you determine how you might be able to contribute to NRR -
an all volunteer non-profit
organization.
