Beginner Continuation Sessions--for
adults who complete beginner lessons in 2009 and sign up for a
beginner
continuation membership. A 2-hour lesson/orientation
session covering NRR rules and polices, boat care and selection
procedures, row-able weather and water conditions, features of the
Navesink and more. Coaches
will tell you how to sign up once your beginner lessons have ended.

Refresher Sessions:
Informal sessions to polish rowing skills that may have gotten a little
rusty since last season. Also helps experienced rowers new to NRR get to know
our rules and the river.
