| JOHN NAJAR , Educator, Realtor, Entrepreneur, started his career in understanding Learning Styles and Brain Theory in 1984. John Najar is a consultant specializing in personnel and in adult learning styles and patterns. In the latter area, he has qualified for certification as a trainer. He received his bachelor's degree from Monmouth University, and his Masters degree from Seton Hall University. John was a recipient of a National Science Foundation grant, and he has participated in the World Conference on Thinking held at Harvard University in 1984 and Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1994. Previously, Mr. Najar served as teacher, supervisor and school principal. He has advised the Jersey Shore Addictions Center on Learning Styles and Brain Theory (compiling the curriculum in 1992- which he then revised in 1996. He is now implementing the changes in the Prevention courses of Domain II Theory and practice of Prevention Education and Management Skill Domain I.. He has been a visiting lecturer at Monmouth and Farleigh Dickinson Universities. John continues to do speaking engagements in New Jersey and is currently involved in on-going training in the following areas:
Prevention courses at St. Barnabas Training Center, Union, New Jersey. He has taught Learning Styles/Brain Theory at High Point Academy. Matawan , New Jersey. Problem Solving/Brain Theory, Monmouth County Family Court System. Brick Township Municipal Drug and Alcohol Alliance.
