Rest and Meal Periods

All full-time employees will have one meal period of 30 minutes in length each workday. Your supervisor will schedule your meal period to accommodate operating requirements. Currently Ideal does not deduct for your lunch time. This equates to 2.5 hours a week. Ideal reserves the right to rescind this benefit.
