Work Schedules
The normal work schedule for all Ideal employees is 36 hours a week with alternating Saturday morning . Your supervisor will tell you what time your work schedule will normally start and end.
Our staffing needs and work demands may require that we change the starting and ending times of work schedules. We may also need to change the number of work hours that are scheduled each day and week.
The office is currently closed one Thursday a month. This "day off" is considered with pay and is in no way a guarantee. The Doctor can rescind this offer without notice.
