Ideal tries to make sure that you are paid correctly and on scheduled paydays. In case you find a mistake in your pay, tell the Payroll Manager immediately so that the error can be corrected as quickly as possible.

Changes in tax laws and liabilities do change. These changes are mandated by the State and Federal tax rates. These rates may effect changes in your net pay.
