All employees are paid weekly every Wednesday. Each paycheck includes pay for all work performed through the end of the previous payroll period.

If a payday falls on a weekend or holiday, you will be paid on the first work day after that payday.

Ideal has a direct deposit program. Direct deposit means that we will deposit your pay directly into your bank account if you authorize it. On paydays, instead a check, you will get a statement explaining how much you were paid and all the details.
