Bonus/Year-end Gifts are not policy of Ideal. Any bonus\gift, if any, is at the doctors discretion. Profit, economic conditions and the employees contributions to Ideal are factors the Doctor will consider.

Any bonus/gift that is given by Ideal is confidential and are not to be discussed with other Ideal Employees.
