Health Insurance
Our health insurance plan offers medical benefits to eligible employees. Employees in the following employment classifications are eligible to enroll in the health insurance plan:
* Regular full-time employees
The eligible employees can enroll in the health insurance plan subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between Ideal and its insurance carrier.
Ideal currently pays 100% of your heath insurance premiums.As economic and profit trends change Ideal may have to modify this benefit.You may have to assume partial responsibility for the premiums.
