You became an employee at Ideal voluntarily and your employment is at will. "At will" means that you are free to resign at any time, with or without cause. Likewise, "at will" means that Ideal may terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, as long as we do not violate any applicable federal or state law.
The policies in this handbook are not intended to create a contract. The policies should not be construed to constitute contractual obligations of any kind or a contract of employment between Ideal and any employee. The provisions in the handbook have been developed at the discretion of management and, except for the policy of employment-at-will, may be amended or cancelled at any time, at the sole discretion of Ideal.
These provisions replace all other existing policies and practices and may not be changed or added to without the express written approval of the chief executive officer of Ideal.
